Additionally, it features a self-contained, spherical cast steam system that acts as a heat reservoir to prevent heat loss, saving energy over time. This mini convection oven can hold up to 8 pans at a time with 4" slide spacing when end-loaded.

This convection oven is easy to operate using its programmable digital controls. It can be adjusted up to 525 degrees Fahrenheit to accommodate a wide variety of foods. With a comprehensive control panel, the oven can store up to 99 recipes at a time to quickly meet individualized needs. The controls even allow for intricate 4-step cooking processes with available inputs of time, temperature, steam duration, fan delay, and auto vent operation. Plus, its dual door seal system maintains consistent cooking temperatures, and the large dual pane glass windows allow you to monitor the progress as it's made, while the ergonomic handles make the unit easy to open and close.

The interior rack in the oven can be easily removed for routine cleaning, and the removable bottom rack provides access to spot-clean the bake chamber floor. This unit's control circuit comes with an 8' power cord, and the heating circuit requires a hardwired 208V, 3 phase electrical connection for operation.
