In the Duke E303 Aerohot steam table, three 12-inch by 20-inch by 8-inch openings hold and display food. They are individually heated by dome-type elements and controlled by infinite switches. Infinite controls give the operator control over heat intensity, as opposed to thermostatic controls, which provide precision control with specific temperature settings.
The front of this unit has a 7-inch-wide carving board to provide employees a place for carving meat in front of guests. The Duke E303 steam table also provides space for small equipment and supplies on its undershelf. Adjustable feet keep the table level on most surfaces. This unit is made of stainless steel, so it supports heavy use and resists corrosion.
