Great for kitchens and offices frequently using ice, the Scotsman MC1030MA-32 Prodigy ELITE® cube ice machine head produces as much as 1,077 pounds of medium-size ice cubes per day. To properly receive ice, this modular air-cooled machine requires a storage bin, which is sold separately. An AutoAlert™ indicator light system improves visibility and keeps users informed of the operating status when maintenance is needed, while a one-touch cleaning system reduces the cost of labor and saves time to increase the machine’s self-reliance.
With a 30-inch-wide by 24-inch-deep footprint, the Scotsman MC1030MA-32 commercial ice machine head fits securely on top of a storage bin without taking up too much room. At the front of this unit, a self-aligning front panel provides users with direct access to important components for general maintenance. Furthermore, a front air filter can also be changed as necessary. Ice cubes maintain a good taste and odor with the WaterSense purge control mechanism, which minimizes scale buildup to keep unwanted sediment out of the water. Once formed, ice can be disposed into the storage bin with assistance from the Harvest Assist mechanism.
