Marsal MB-60 Single - MB Series Brick Lined Gas Deck 60" Pizza Oven is a single oven with 36” x 60” cooking surface.
All Marsal commercial brick pizza ovens are designed with a special innovative air chamber, located below the cooking surface, which eliminates hotspots so there is no need to spin or rotate pies. Your pizza always comes out crispy and delicious all the way around with less labor involved.
MB Series ovens come equipped with Marsal's exclusive left-to-right burner system which ensures that every pizza has a part of the burner system directly underneath it. The arched refractory brick-lined ceiling of the MB Series ovens develops more heat synchronization, enabling the oven to maintain temperature more efficiently and evenly. The results are crispier, tastier pizzas that are cooked much faster.
