The slicer is outfitted with a 14" diameter hollow ground carbon steel precision knife that's chrome-plated and easily concealed with the ring guard for protection when not in use. Thanks to the low-resistance flywheel, slicing is precise, smooth, and easy to control. Select from the 9 available settings, and slice meat as thinly as 3/32" in thickness!
For your convenience, the slicer features an integrated knife sharpener to help maintain the blade.
