Imperial Oven PCVG-2 Description
The Imperial PCVG-2 Turbo-Flow double convection oven uses fans to circulate hot air inside its oven chambers, cooking food using waves of warm air. Enabling chefs to simultaneously cook two different types of products, it has two chambers with their own control sets. Depending on whether chefs are cooking delicate foods or high-volume product, the fan motors can be switched from high to low.
Made of stainless steel, the Imperial PCVG-2 commercial convection oven is resistant to rust and corrosion, as well as the denting and scraping that typically occurs with frequent use. The ovens have porcelainized interiors that can be wiped clean with little difficulty, though they will require more attention over time to prevent cracking. They stand on 6-inch legs that elevate the stack above the floor.
